The internal tools we build.
Bespoke software for the work that keeps your business running, designed with the people who use it every day.
Internal dashboards
One live view of the numbers your team currently pulls together by hand from spreadsheets, inboxes and other systems.
Custom admin panels
Manage customers, orders, bookings or content without developer help, with roles and permissions that match who should see and change what.
Approval workflow apps
Requests, sign-offs and escalations that route to the right person automatically, with a full audit trail of who approved what and when.
Operations & back-office tools
Scheduling, onboarding, invoicing, stock and case management, built around the way your team actually does the job.
Signs it’s time for something bespoke.
Most teams come to us after trying to make a spreadsheet or a generic tool do a job it was never designed for.
Spreadsheets and email chains
Critical processes live in files that get copied, overwritten and emailed around. Nobody is sure which version is right.
Off-the-shelf software that doesn’t fit
You pay per seat for features you don’t use, and still work around the ones you need. Your process bends to the tool.
Manual hand-offs
Re-keying data between systems, chasing approvals by message, compiling reports every month. Hours lost to work software should do.
No visibility or control
No single view of what’s happening, no audit trail, and no clear permissions on who can see or change what.
The alternative: a tool designed with you.
The right screens and permissions for each role, automations for the repetitive work, and no per-seat charge for the privilege. AI-assisted speed, but every line is reviewed and every tool is tested before it ships. No vibe-coded prototypes.
Internal tools we’ve built.
Real teams, real processes, and what changed once the tool fitted the way they work.
Enterprise Technology
A team of two managed schedules for 70 course instructors across the world in spreadsheets — with a full day each month spent manually compiling utilisation reports for management.
A scheduling platform covering instructor availability and bookings, with a live calendar view of all instructor activity. Month-end utilisation reporting runs automatically, replacing the manual process entirely.
Professional Services
Every new client signed triggered a significant but defined onboarding process — capturing contacts, finance systems, HR systems, locations and more — with no structured way to kick it off or track progress.
An automated onboarding platform that triggers the moment a client is signed: an introductory email guides them through 7 structured steps to capture all required data. On completion, the internal team is notified, data is summarised, and the rest of onboarding proceeds automatically.
Aviation & Luxury Travel
Booking a private jet meant juggling clients, routes, passengers, and pets across spreadsheets and email threads — with manual data entry at every step.
A centralised operations hub managing the full flight lifecycle: bookings, passenger manifests, post-flight invoicing, and automatic sync to Xero Financials.
How it works
- 1
A short call
We talk through the process, who uses it, and what’s going wrong today. No pitch deck.
- 2
A fixed-price proposal
We scope the smallest tool that solves the real problem and send a fixed price before any work starts. No hourly estimates, no surprises.
- 3
Build and review
Typically 3–6 weeks, depending on scope. You see it working early and often, so it fits your process rather than a spec.
- 4
Launch and support
We migrate your existing data, help your team switch over, and include 30 days of post-launch support.
Common questions
How much does a custom internal tool cost?
Most first versions land between £5,000 and £10,000, fixed price, agreed up front. The price depends on how many workflows, user roles and integrations the first version needs. We deliberately start with the smallest useful version, so you’re not paying for things you might need one day.
Why build custom rather than buy off the shelf?
If an off-the-shelf product fits your process, buy it, and we’ll say so. Custom makes sense when your process is specific to your business, when per-seat pricing adds up, or when you’re stitching together several tools and spreadsheets to get one job done.
Is custom software only for large companies?
No. Most of our clients are small and mid-sized teams. Starting with a focused scope keeps the cost and risk low, and the tool can grow as you do.
Can it connect to the systems we already use?
Yes. We regularly integrate with accounting tools such as Xero, CRMs, email, payment providers and internal databases, so data flows between systems instead of being re-typed.
Who owns the software?
You do. It’s built for your business, around your process, and not a licence you rent from us.
What about hosting and support afterwards?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support. After that we offer hosting and flexible support plans, covering updates and security patches, so you’re not left managing infrastructure.
