The problem
At the end of every month, someone had to manually export hours from the project management system, work out what each client owed, and create their Stripe invoices one by one.
What we built
An integration connecting their timesheet and project management system directly to Stripe. Billable time is compiled automatically at month-end and invoices are charged to each client — without anyone touching a keyboard.

Higher Education
Summer school applications, assessments, and enrolments were managed across spreadsheets — no clear review cycle, no audit trail, no way to track where each applicant stood.
A dedicated application management platform covering the full cycle: structured review workflows, automated email updates, PDF offer generation, and timely response tracking — built to handle multiple cohorts year on year.
Aviation & Luxury Travel
Booking a private jet meant juggling clients, routes, passengers, and pets across spreadsheets and email threads — with manual data entry at every step.
A centralised operations hub managing the full flight lifecycle: bookings, passenger manifests, post-flight invoicing, and automatic sync to Xero Financials.
Enterprise Technology
A team of two managed schedules for 70 course instructors across the world in spreadsheets — with a full day each month spent manually compiling utilisation reports for management.
A scheduling platform covering instructor availability and bookings, with a live calendar view of all instructor activity. Month-end utilisation reporting runs automatically, replacing the manual process entirely.
Professional Services
Every new client signed triggered a significant but defined onboarding process — capturing contacts, finance systems, HR systems, locations and more — with no structured way to kick it off or track progress.
An automated onboarding platform that triggers the moment a client is signed: an introductory email guides them through 7 structured steps to capture all required data. On completion, the internal team is notified, data is summarised, and the rest of onboarding proceeds automatically.
Gaming & Entertainment
Marketing asset requests for a major game title required sign-off from multiple internal and external stakeholders — all coordinated by email chains, with everyone CC'd.
A centralised approval workspace where requesters submit asset requests with full context and example assets, routed through every required approver in sequence. Approvers can request changes before signing off, and the full pipeline — open, pending, and awaiting specific sign-off — is visible at a glance.
Executive Coaching
Coaching engagements across multiple coaches and coachees were tracked in spreadsheets — with no central view of sessions, progress, or upcoming commitments.
A client engagement platform covering the full coaching lifecycle: session scheduling, meeting tracking, and two-way sync with Outlook and Calendly so nothing slips through.
